Weekly Vibes // Volume Thirty Eight

It’s been a fun week with the launch of this new site and feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world. It seriously feels so good to be back in the swing of things and feel like I’m excited to be creating content again. I mean… one post over almost three months? Not so good. BUT the upside to that is that I was busy doing other fun things that are valuable too. It’s all about that online/offline dance, and I think I speak for everyone when I say we’re still finding it.

With that, let’s get onto the links!

How are we T-2 days away from Christmas? (Or one if you count Christmas Eve to basically be Christmas) I woke up this morning and told my mom that if no one told me what month we were in, I would have thought we were in July or September. While I’m not a full-on Scrooge, I’m definitely not in the Christmas spirit quite yet… but hey, there are still a few days to get in the spirit, right?! What are your traditions or tricks to get in the holiday spirit? I hope you all have an incredible Christmas holiday. I have few fun wrap up posts for 2016 that I’m excited to share with you next week. So stay tuned and remember me if you’re bored and at home!

Weekly Vibes // Volume Thirty Six

Wow… It’s been a while! Sometimes life gets in the way of the blog, but you know what? I’m gonna think that’s a good thing. Keeping up this blog is a pure hobby; an online scrapbook of sorts. But I also know that when I’m too busy to detail my life online it means there’s a good chance that I’m living it to the fullest instead. What’s that quote? Don’t be too busy creating a living that you forget to make a life. Right? Right. Let’s go forward with these next few weeks of 2016 with that in mind.

Weekly Vibes // Volume Thirty-Five

Well, it’s safe to say that it’s officially Fall. This week has brought a lot of rain and gloom, but to be honest, it’s been kind of a nice change of pace. In the yoga class I’ve been going to, they have been talking a lot about how Autumn is the season of grief and change. It’s also the season of letting go of the things that are not serving you to make room for everything coming in the New Year (yep, already prepping three months in advance). With that in mind, it seems like an appropriate time to do a little reevaluation and look at what’s working and not. Maybe over a mocha… now doesn’t that sound nice? What are your weekend plans?
